1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Premium Design Agency, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Provided

Premium Design specializes in digital creative services, including but not limited to:

• Brand Identity and Logo Design.
• Custom Landing Page Design and Development.
• UI/UX Design for digital products.

Note: We are a 100% digital agency and do not provide physical printing services.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of the agreed project fee, the final approved designs and creative assets become the sole intellectual property of the client. Premium Design retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.

4. Payment and Revisions

Projects require an upfront investment as specified in our pricing plans. We provide a set number of revisions to ensure total satisfaction. Any additional work outside the initial scope may incur extra charges.

5. Limitation of Liability

Premium Design is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our designs or websites. We ensure top-tier code quality, but the ultimate commercial success of the project depends on the client’s business strategy.
